Mangao India Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for shipping and delivery of all orders placed through the Mangao India mobile application and website ("Platform"). By placing an order on our Platform, you agree to the terms below.


 

1. General Information

 

Mangao India acts as a technology platform connecting customers with local restaurants and vendors ("Vendors"). We do not prepare or own the food and other items listed on our Platform. The delivery service is facilitated through our network of independent delivery partners.


 

2. Serviceable Areas

 

We currently offer delivery services in the following cities: Neemuch. Orders can only be placed for delivery to addresses within our designated service areas. We are continuously expanding and will update our Platform as new areas become available.


 

3. Order Processing and Delivery Time

 

  • Processing Time: Once an order is placed, it is instantly sent to the Vendor for preparation. The Vendor is responsible for the timely preparation of the order.

  • Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time is provided at the time of placing the order. This is a best-faith estimate and may vary based on factors such as:

    • Vendor's food preparation time.

    • Distance between the Vendor and the delivery address.

    • Traffic, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances.

    • High volume of orders during peak hours.

  • Delivery Guarantee: While we strive to ensure the fastest delivery, all delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.


 

4. Estimated Delivery Timings

 

For most orders, we aim to complete delivery within 30 to 60 minutes from the time the order is confirmed. Please note that this is an estimate and may be longer during peak hours, due to bad weather, or other operational issues.


 

5. Delivery Hours

 

Mangao India offers delivery services during the following operational hours:

  • Morning: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

  • Afternoon: 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM

  • Evening: 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Please note that delivery services are not available outside these timings. You may still browse menus and place orders that will be processed during the next available delivery slot.


 

6. Shipping and Delivery Charges

 

  • Delivery Fee: A delivery fee may be applied to your order. This fee is calculated based on factors like distance, time of day (peak vs. non-peak hours), and order value.

  • Transparency: The exact delivery fee will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you make a payment.

  • Free Delivery: We may, from time to time, offer free delivery promotions. The conditions for these promotions (e.g., minimum order value) will be clearly stated on the Platform.


 

7. Order Tracking

 

Once your order is picked up by a delivery partner, you will be able to track its real-time location on the Mangao India app. This allows you to monitor the status of your order from the Vendor's location to your doorstep.


 

8. Failed Delivery and Customer Responsibility

 

  • Accurate Address: It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information. Mangao India and its delivery partners will not be liable for any delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

  • Recipient Availability: The recipient or a designated person must be available at the delivery address to receive the order. If our delivery partner is unable to contact you after a reasonable number of attempts, the order may be considered a failed delivery, and you may not be eligible for a refund.


 

9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately.

  • Step 1: Do not accept the delivery if the package is visibly damaged.

  • Step 2: If you discover the issue after accepting the delivery, take clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

  • Step 3: Contact our customer support team at support@mangao.in or through the in-app chat within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund or a replacement.


 

10. Cancellations

 

  • Cancellation by Customer: Orders can be canceled before the Vendor accepts the order. Once the Vendor has accepted the order and begun preparation, cancellation may not be possible. If a cancellation is accepted after the Vendor has started preparation, you may be charged a cancellation fee.

  • Cancellation by Vendor/Mangao: In rare circumstances (e.g., item unavailability, restaurant closure), a Vendor or Mangao India may have to cancel an order. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
